Change of mind
UK consumers have 14 days from receipt to notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible order. Products sealed for health or hygiene protection cease to qualify for a change-of-mind return after the seal has been opened.
Return eligible products within 14 days after sending the cancellation notice. The customer pays direct return postage for a change-of-mind return.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Contact us with the order number and photographs. We will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing is completed within 14 days after returned goods arrive or acceptable proof of return is supplied.
